Zoompass eliminates the need for cash, cheques, wire transfers, and other inconvenient ways to pay by allowing clients to send and receive money using their mobile device. Zoompass is Safe, Secure, Fast, and Convenient.
Why Zoom?
Zoompass makes it easy to split a lunch bill, request money from parents, collect sports team fees, solicit money for a co-worker’s gift, or even pay a babysitter – right from a mobile device.
Using their safe and secure Zoompass account, clients can link a personal bank account or credit card to make loading and transferring money simple and convenient. Clients can access Zoompass using their computer, surfing the mobile web, or by downloading the Zoompass application right to their device.
Zoompass users can send money to anyone serviced by a participating wireless carrier, even if the recipient does not yet have a Zoompass account. Recipients are instantly notified on their device when they receive money.
Safe, Secure, Fast, Convenient
Every Zoompass transaction is PIN-protected, making Zoompass a more secure payment method than cash or cheque. Clients’ financial information is stored on secure servers, not on the mobile device, so even if the device is lost or stolen, the client’s Zoompass account remains secure.
Zoompass Prepaid MasterCard
Clients can make secure purchases in stores and on the Internet using the balance in their Zoompass account if they have the optional Zoompass Prepaid MasterCard® card. The Zoompass card is enabled with PayPass™ to allow clients to simply tap and go using their Zoompass card at PayPass-ready locations across Canada.
The Zoompass Prepaid MasterCard card is accepted worldwide wherever clients see the MasterCard logo, and at virtually all ATMs.
